Image Submission Terms & Conditions – Mint Wedding Magazine
By submitting photographs, video content, or other visual media (collectively referred to as “Content”) to Mint Wedding Magazine (including, but not limited to Mint Weddings print and digital publications, websites, affiliated online platforms, social media channels, and marketing or promotional materials), the submitting party (“Contributor”) hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Ownership and Authorization
The Contributor affirms and warrants that they are the sole and exclusive owner of the Content or possess full legal rights, licenses, or written authorization from the rightful copyright holder(s) and any other necessary parties (including but not limited to photographers, models, clients, venues, and vendors) to grant the rights set forth herein. This includes obtaining valid model releases for any identifiable individuals depicted in the Content, as well as location releases where required.Grant of License
The Contributor hereby grants Mint Wedding Magazine, its parent company, affiliates, assignees, and licensees an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, crop, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use the Content in any and all media formats and channels, whether now known or hereafter devised. This includes, without limitation, editorial use in print and digital publications, websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, promotional events, and internal archives.No Time Limitation
The license granted herein shall remain in effect indefinitely and without expiration, unless otherwise revoked in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties.Credit and Attribution
While Mint Wedding Magazine endeavors to provide appropriate credit for Content creators, the Contributor acknowledges that credit is not guaranteed and that errors or omissions may occur despite reasonable efforts. The Contributor agrees to provide accurate and complete credit information upon submission and waives any claims related to credit or attribution.No Obligation to Publish
Submission of Content does not guarantee publication. Mint Wedding Magazine reserves the right to accept, reject, crop, or otherwise modify Content at its sole discretion without notice or obligation.Waiver of Compensation
The Contributor acknowledges that the submission and use of Content is voluntary and that no monetary compensation or other consideration shall be due as a result of publication or use, unless otherwise agreed to in a separate, written agreement signed by both parties.Indemnification and Hold Harmless
The Contributor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mint Wedding Magazine, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the use of the submitted Content, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement, defamation, misappropriation, or breach of third-party rights.Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the submission and use of Content and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter herein.
